Just a random thought. I've realized that "shared reading" is not done for FUN in 2nd grade anymore...Blah, Common Core junk. Therefore, I felt very blessed today to have an extra hand in the classroom. Our Shine Volunteer came in, and she read a story to the students. They LOVED it, and of course, I loved watching them listen so nicely and quietly.
Well. My 2nd announced observation is Thursday..all about TIME, and am/pm junk.. Send me some good luck sprinkles.
And just as I was cleaning my room, I found a note that a student gave to me during student teaching...and it makes me smile because I had totally forgot about it. It gives me good vibes that tomorrow will be a good day! :)
Aw ! I want to be a teacher .. I used to look up to my teachers like they were Gods.. I miss that.
